Back in March, I told you about the Change Management Professionals - a new networking group for change management professionals in Melbourne. We ran the first event May 14, and have been busy pulling together the report from the survey we spoke about. Please feel free to download and use in anyway it helps.

Next meet up is going to be July 16th at Softbelly again…

If you’re interested in finding out more please join the Linkedin group, as after the next mailout we will using the Linkedin groups as the primary form of communication (we don’t have the resources to be managing mailouts, nor do we wish to making assumptions about who wishes to receive).

cheers all, happy change!

Did I tell you that there was some exciting news on the way….yes, it’s true, I’ve been working on a very exciting project, the Social Media and Online Marketing Masterclass with David Meerman Scott. David is the best selling author of the New Rules of Marketing and PR, and most recently World Wide Rave.

He’s going to be doing an inteactive and intensive Masterclass in Sydney on Sep 2, and in Melbourne Sep 4. Seats are limited and selling well. As part of the project I am partnering with Next Digital and ParkYoung.  It’s been quite the ride - it started with a tweet (true!) and I’ll be blogging on a support site set up to share ideas, cases, news relating to social media and online marketing.

We’ve set up a Linkedin Event link, a facebook fan page, and also a twitter account http://twitter.com/SocialMediaMC

There’s only 10 sleeps to go to grab a Freakin Early Bird ticket ($675 + GST). After that it goes up to $745 + GST until July 31, $815 + GST for any tickets left in August.

Though, just quietly, IABC members will get a discount - $705…sshhhhhh.

Got a question for David? Head to the question page - we’re going to collect your questions and post the answers on this page after the Melbourne event.

I’m so excited…and really chuffed David replied to my tweet!!

[24 June: Trevor Young of ParkYoung has just published a book review of World Wide Rave - nice!]
